We're on the hunt for a growth-minded Sales & Partnership Manager ready to lead big initiatives and shape our US market presence. In this role, you'll create and manage sales initiatives and strategic partnerships within our growing Game Volt brand, driving incremental sales, managing key accounts, and building strong partner relationships that fuel our long-term success. As we continue to expand in the US, you'll be joining our Orlando-based team in Florida, with a hybrid working model to support flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation & Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities to drive incremental revenue and support business expansion across the US market.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with company objectives, including exploring opportunities to extend into new brand verticals.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, particularly within Game Volt. Ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and account growth through proactive relationship management.
- Quoting, Pricing & Negotiation: Develop and manage pricing proposals and quotes. Lead contract negotiations with a focus on delivering mutually beneficial, profitable outcomes.
- Financial & Market Analysis: Analyze sales performance, partnership ROI, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across both US and UK offices, including marketing, operations, and product, to align on strategic goals and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Communication & Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and communicate value propositions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Industry Engagement & Travel: Represent the business at events, meetings, and site visits domestically and internationally, especially for Conductr initiatives as needed.
You should have:
- 5+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within a fast-paced, international or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, negotiating partnerships, and managing strategic accounts
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience making data-driven decisions
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as required, both within the US and internationally
