Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, taking messages and directing call to proper person
- Assisting with answering questions, giving out information to customers
- Creating and maintaining company reports and required materials
- Handling calendar for owner
- Coordinating events and workshops via Zoom
- Setting and coordination of event setup as needed
Qualifications:
- At least three years previous experience in administrative position
- Proficient in Word, Excel, database or CRM software
- Ability to work with high demand situations
Hours are:
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
The pay is up to $75K a year
