Job Summary:
Primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Representative is to oversee the processing of Intercompany & Supplier
sales order accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely data entry into the ERP System (SAP) for the following business segments:
- Intercompany Purchase orders
- POD Purchase orders
- Supplier orders
Receive and respond to inquiries from internal customers to resolve order processing issues.
Maintain accurate and complete sales order records.
Prepare or complete forms and other documentation that may be needed to obtain or process sales orders or
change orders.
Process supplier/vendor Representations and Certifications on customer portals as requested.
Maintain Rep/Cert records as required for yearly certifications.
Correspond with the Government Contracts team for Rep/Cert completions.
Escalate issues to Global Sales Operations Manager as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum associate degree and/or equivalent work experience.
SAP ERP experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize, follow-through, and complete tasks on time.
Previous work experience in a sales support environment.
