What You Will Do As the S&OP Manager, you will be working with Sales & Marketing to create accurate sales volume and value forecasts and Supply Chain planning for local production and imported products, ensuring product availability, supply chain delivery and cost management. To be successful in this role you will need to cultivate strong and effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and have a customer-centric mindset.
Responsiblities: - Design and implement effective S&OP processes to align sales, operations, and financial plans over the 3 - 24-month horizon.
- Ensure the S&OP process supports the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Facilitate regular SunFoods S&OP meetings with key stakeholders from sales, marketing, finance and operations.
- Foster high support and collaboration and communication across departments to develop integrated business plans.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand partners to forecast future demand and adjust plans based on market changes and emerging trends.
- Responsible for optimization of the SunFoods site, balancing production, rice supply, service and sales by guiding Site Plant Manager.
- Identify supply and demand constraints and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Sales/Customers to manage and prioritize order vs demand during periods of restricted supply and work with Finance to ensure financial implications are understood and approved by senior management.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service levels with cost efficiency.
- Generate and present detailed reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve S&OP processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (people, process and systems)
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations (master scheduling, materials planning)

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or equivalent
- Minimum 7 - 10 years' Supply Chain experience
- CPG or FMCG industry experience is required
- Experience in a similar role with experience in demand and supply planning and inventory management
- Demand planning & supply planning accreditation/training preferred
- Strong project management skills and experience and an ability to leading and influence change
- Experience successfully managing and developing people
- Must possess a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to balance analysis with intuition to make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP IBP or similar technology desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
