Job Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Sales Operations Manager with a focus on Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning sales demands, manufacturing plans, product inventory monitoring, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
o Demand Planning:
Work closely with sales teams to understand market
demands and sales trends and establish effective processes to link sales
demands with inventory planning.
o Inventory Control:
Monitor channel inventory and daily sales volume to
determine optimal inventory levels.
Initiate and manage the replenishment process,
ensuring new demands are communicated to the product line and maintaining the
health of local warehouses.
Implement strategies to control the inventory
turnover cycle and reduce holding costs.
o Cross-functional Collaboration:
Conduct regular sync meetings with the sales,
production team, and logistics teams to ensure transparency and alignment in
demand forecasting, manufacturing, and shipment plans.
Collaborate with various departments to address
potential bottlenecks and streamline processes.
o Sales Operations Management:
Implement sales operations including business
review, regional risk management, financial target achievement, and gap
analysis.
The
o S&OP Development and Optimization:
Utilize your expertise to establish systems or tools
that enhance visibility into PSI and sales operations management.
Requires end-to-end comprehensive business thinking capability
and business acumen to develop and optimize the operational S&OP to meet
the business requirements.
