Overview:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the order process efficiencies of assigned sales divisions.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage one or more Operations Associates
  • Manage customer order process from commitment time through shipping
  • Verify customer orders for system entry (holds/bulk) and move thru system
  • Manage order file including order maintenance, issue resolution, EDI reconciliation
  • Manage accurate and on time Item set up files for buyers
  • Liaise with sourcing and demand planning to ensure timeliness of WIP
  • Collect management approvals for order processes where necessary
  • Communicate order summary - placement, cancellation, shipment stats for customers
  • Respond to and address warehouse PO/shipping communications
  • Partner with Distribution Center counterparts to elevate orders
  • Research and elevate order handling issues
  • Initiate and customize solutions for sales team and customer
  • Participate in Sales Meetings with Customers to cover state of the business
  • Support chargeback resolutions
  • Prepare training documents and/or lead training class
  • Special projects as assigned
Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account maintenance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in ERP systems

Salary Description

$75,000 - $110,000 yearly
