Role Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations and Demand Generation Expert, where you'll play a vital role in driving our sales initiatives. Your focus will be on uncovering high-quality leads, enhancing our contact databases, and spearheading impactful outbound campaigns. This position merges research, data management, and campaign execution, ensuring that our Business Development team has the essential tools, insights, and content to secure new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations, you'll foster pipeline growth by understanding buyer personas, sourcing key decision-maker contacts, and establishing a systematic, data-driven outbound process.
Key Responsibilities Lead Research & Prospecting - Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, along with web scraping techniques, to identify and enrich leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Create and oversee lists of influential decision-makers in Art, Production, Outsourcing, and Engineering departments within game studios worldwide.
- Tag and categorize personas (e.g., Art Directors, Outsourcing Managers, Heads of Production) and align them with corresponding service needs.
Sales Enablement & Operations - Take ownership of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring lead hygiene by tagging, updating contact records, maintaining accurate stage assignments, and syncing campaign data.
- Collaborate with Business Development to design and implement outbound email sequences and multi-touch engagement strategies.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, engagement levels, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Campaign Execution - Assist in executing strategic email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting studios of varying sizes, from indie to AAA.
- Draft, proofread, and schedule outgoing messages using templates tailored to specific client verticals or service lines (Cinematics, VFX, Environment, Characters, etc.).
- Ensure that messaging resonates with pain points and value propositions relevant to different regions (e.g., Japan, North America, Europe).
Collaboration & Content - Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to create compelling case studies, refresh portfolio links, and ensure all outbound materials are pertinent and engaging.
- Facilitate necessary updates to the website, product one-pagers, and outbound presentations as required.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and game releases to support targeted outreach initiatives.
Ideal Experience & Skills - A minimum of 3 years in sales operations, demand generation, or lead research, preferably within the gaming, media, or digital production sectors.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Sugar CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and one enrichment or lead scraping platform (e.g., Apollo, Snov.io).
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities; adept at balancing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in outbound communication.
- A data-driven mindset capable of extracting insights and enhancing outreach effectiveness.
