Sales Ops Admin, you will be the operational backbone of our Sales department -ensuring smooth communication, managing reporting, and supporting the execution of initiatives that drive growth. This position requires
meticulous attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. You'll work closely with leadership, helping
streamline processes, support field teams, and contribute to sales and marketing success. This role is
ideal for someone who is proactive, thrives on structure, and enjoys being the go-to person for making things happen.(Some of) What You'll Do:Be the Right Hand to Leadership - Provide direct administrative and project support to the VP of Sales and Marketing, ensuring they can focus on big-picture strategy while you handle the details.
- Keep leadership informed with timely reports, performance metrics, and key insights that help drive decision-making.
- Follow up on important action items, ensuring accountability across teams.
- Handle any needs that come up, day to day
Keep Sales Operations Running Smoothly - Manage and distribute daily KPI reports, ensuring accuracy and visibility across teams.
- Assist in the research, development, and rollout of new sales initiatives.
- Act as the support liaison between sales and operations/corporate
- Help support sales team recognition programs
