Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of the essential components within the annual Sales and Marketing Plan.

• Conceptualizes and prepares collateral, print advertising, digital newsletters and other promotional materials with emphasis on achievement of revenue objectives of the Plan.

• Writes, edits and contributes to various electronic communications including but not limited to: promotional literature, newsletters and direct marketing projects, and club announcements.

• Tracks marketing campaign results and produces monthly campaign analytics reports as required.

• Works effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary marketing, sales, revenue (and on occasion membership) team to communicate, coordinate, and integrate marketing communications and apply best-in-class practices to all efforts.

• Provides marketing support to all departments on property

• Participates in bi-weekly strategy meetings and develops new programs and initiatives that are designed to further Pronghorn's marketing strategy.

• Assists Director of Sales with managing advertising initiatives and media plans.

• Monitors all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity.

• Ensures the Company's brand is applied consistently and appropriately throughout all marketing communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Design or equivalent and minimum of three (3) years demonstrable and progressive experience related to Essential Functions of position.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Proficiency in Google Apps and Gmail.

• Proficiency in Social Media applications including: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Proficiency in an email marketing provider such as Constant Contact.

Other Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript or PHP is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge in videography and/or photography is a plus.
