About the role

Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales and marketing? As an Entry-Level Sales/Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in running our trade shows, handling logistics, and packing booths with support as needed. You'll also assist with inside sales when time permits. This dynamic role includes attending approximately 10 NASCAR races this season to support customer events, requiring travel from Friday to Sunday on race weekends. With over 60 trade shows annually, you'll be integral to our operations. If you have marketing and branding talent, you'll contribute to marketing and promotional ideas. We're looking for someone with initiative and drive.

What you will bring to the role:
  • Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and trade show preparations
  • Ability to travel and support customer events
  • Initiative and drive to take charge and get things done
  • Basic understanding of marketing and branding concepts
  • Excellent communication skills for inside sales support
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to assist where needed
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Competence in using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
