Vaco is currently assisting a client in their search for a Sales/Marketing Assistant in their Austin TX office. The Sales/Marketing Assistant will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting The Sales and Marketing teams in a variety of high-level tasks. This is a direct hire position hiring immediately.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Provide administrative assistance to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other necessary materials for meetings, events, and client interactions.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for team meetings, sales presentations, and marketing events.
- Support the VP in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Track and manage project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and key milestones are achieved.
- Maintain an organized database of marketing campaigns, sales materials, and project documentation.
- Assist the VP in monitoring sales performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Support the sales team by preparing client proposals, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
