We are exclusively partnered with a leading player in the Test and Measurement sector to recruit a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, varied role that blends traditional administration with creative marketing responsibilities.
About the Role:
Youll be working closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team to support operations across the UK and Europe. The role is a dynamic mix of customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, and marketing activities including managing the companys branding, social media, brochures, website, and campaigns.
Whether its solving customer queries, preparing marketing material, or helping to organise product shipments internationally, your input will be integral to the teams continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for customer enquiries and orders
Process sales and test lab orders efficiently and accurately
Liaise with couriers and customers on shipping and delivery
Maintain and update key systems (Salesforce, SAGE training provided)
Assist with company branding, brochures, and digital content
Support with marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters
Contribute to the ongoing development of the company website and exhibition presence
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a sales support, administration or marketing role
Creative flair with an eye for design (experience with WordPress, Dreamweaver, Adobe tools a plus)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident, proactive, and self-motivated
Competent with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and within a small, close-knit team
Full UK driving licence

Experience working with digital marketing tools and email campaigns
A-levels or above in graphic design, digital marketing, or related fields
