Sales Manager Opportunity $85K-$95K+A High-Travel Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time, first-shift position (Monday-Friday) with high travel requirements and offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000+ per year.
Position Summary:
Our client is looking for a dynamic leader to develop strategic sales plans, lead a high-performing team, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Monitor sales metrics and report to senior leadership
- Identify new market opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Stay current on market conditions and industry trends
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
