This unique role combines sales leadership with hands-on installation responsibilities, The successful candidate will oversee a team of two sales representatives, manage installation projects, and drive the growth of our Lincoln office.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Lincoln market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two sales representatives focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Oversee and participate in the installation of custom windows, doors, and siding projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Operational Development:
- Establish and manage the Lincoln office.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and high performance.
- Collaborate with the corporate office to align local operations with company policies and standards.
- Represent Windows & Restoration at local events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the windows, doors, or siding industry.
- Hands-on installation experience with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
