Core Responsibilities: - Actively pursue available markets for inventory purchase options.
- Acquire pre-owned inventory and supervise the reconditioning and marketing of pre-owned inventory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
