As Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales department. Your role will be to support the sales team through talent acquisition, training, and mentoring to ensure the team's success in their roles. This position will also be responsible for managing pipelines, sales forecasting, attainment of company sales goals, and the successful closing of sales, including understanding and reviewing contracts. This position will play a key role in the success of the overall company in meeting and exceeding annual targets and goals.


Responsibilities

  • Setting targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
  • Hiring and developing service-sales staff
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales reps to drive activity metrics
  • Building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue through new business development activities
  • Train, direct, and evaluate sellers on the company value proposition
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
  • Mechanical or similar service-sales industry experience
  • Strong sales track record with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Effective recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven driven with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.), cold-calling techniques, and driving seller's activity through multi-channel outreach campaign (Social Media)

Compensation & Location

This position will be based in Toledo, OH. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary, performance bonus, monthly auto allowance, PTO, 401K with company match, and comprehensive medical benefits.
