The Role (100% Onsite)
As a Sales Manager at Coram AI, you'll lead a team of high-performing Account Executives to drive new business, shape sales strategy, and scale pipeline generation in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. This role reports directly to our VP of Sales and plays a critical part in refining our GTM approach and driving revenue growth through leadership, process, and coaching. As a Sales Manager here, you'll help grow with the business, and directly shape the sales organization from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AEs to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Build scalable sales processes focused on outbound pipeline generation
- Own team metrics, forecasting, and deal strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on product feedback and ICP insights
- Help shape the sales culture through hustle, creativity, and a growth mindset
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of experience managing quota-carrying sales reps (ideally in B2B SaaS)
- Proven track record of building outbound sales engines and self-sourcing net new deals
- Ability to drive pricing conversations and communicate product value
- Hands-on leader who still loves to get in the trenches
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
- Strong coach and motivator with a data-driven mindset
- Industry experience in the physical surveillance space is preferred
