Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate proven Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and energize the performance of the sales team to meet sales objectives and targets.- Support the sales team's day-to-day needs, leveraging your own sales experience to provide practical guidance and leadership.- Involved with technical sales that may encompass computer networking, construction sales, service sales, or electrical system sales.- Create, negotiate, and finalize building contracts, ensuring costs and profitability are accurately projected.- Strategic Thinking: understanding industry trends, customer needs, and competition. Assist with the development of strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in our market. Identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.- Communication Skills: Understanding the needs and feedback of team members and clients. Offer on-the-ground support at the office and maintain regular interaction with the team.Qualifications:- Proven experience Marketing and managing a sales team, preferably in the electrical industry or you have construction integration experience.- Experience in technical sales, electrical system sales, or mechanical sales.- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.- High level of negotiation and networking skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.- Hard-working background and the willingness to go the extra mile.We appreciate individuals with a relentless work ethic, just like a farm kid, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
