About the Company - Bellmont Cabinet Company is seeking a hands-on, people-first Sales Manager to lead our Stile & Rail Design Studio team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is all about driving volume sales, building a strong culture, supporting a self-motivated team, especially with the right kind of customers (i.e. builders, remodelers, architects, and interior designers). Retail sales will happen, however the focus is on working with trade professionals. If you're someone who leads by coaching, connects well with people, and understands how to guide a team to success, this could be the perfect fit.


About the Role - Lead, support, and coach the showroom team through regular check-ins, daily interactions, and working alongside them. Assist team members in finding and closing the right business with trade professionals. Keep the showroom operating smoothly, manage the schedule, ensure it's clean and organized, and update displays as needed. Assist team members with quotes and orders when needed and keep a small list of your own customers to stay connected in the industry. Hire, train, and grow a strong team of sales and design professionals. Monitor showroom performance and provide updates to the leadership team. Assist in the resolution of customer issues and support the team on jobsite challenges. Closely monitor market trends and what competitors are doing to stay ahead. Use software tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Salesforce, 20/20 Design, and Bellmont's internal systems to stay organized and efficient.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience leading sales teams in a design-focused or trade sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and people skills-you know how to coach, motivate, and keep folks accountable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and good at managing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strategic thinker with strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and 20/20 Design.

Required Skills


  • 3-5+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally in cabinetry, home improvement, or design.
  • High school diploma required; college degree in business, design, or something related is a plus.
  • Track record of hitting sales goals while building a strong team and positive culture.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events or job site visits.
