Position: Sales Manager - Power Semiconductor Solutions (Americas)
Location: San Jose, CA
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of power semiconductor products across North and South America. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge power management ICs, MOSFETs, IGBTs, and other key technologies in industrial, automotive, and consumer markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand sales in power products, including merchant power, lighting, inverters, and automotive.
- Identify total addressable markets (TAM), define customer targets, and provide training and support to distributors and sales reps.
- Manage and expand distribution channels and the sales rep network to target key accounts and regions.
- Coordinate design wins to purchase orders, ensuring smooth fulfilment across locations.
- Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams to secure business opportunities and align product support, pricing, and supply.
- Conduct customer presentations and follow-up to maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
- BSEE or higher with 5+ years in power semiconductors and at least 2 years in sales account management.
- Proven track record of building strong account relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel across North and South America.
