Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Solution Sales Manager to lead our application solution sales efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee local and regional sales operations, manage client relationships, ensure smooth delivery of commercial solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who is bilingual in English and Korean, with a strong understanding of application-based IT solutions.


Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate solution sales strategies across assigned territories.

Develop Market & Customer for In House developed solutions.

Identify new industry trends, application needs, and sales opportunities.

Manage all commercial deliverables such as pricing, solution proposals, sales orders, invoicing.

Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and resellers to strengthen market presence.

Address and resolve client concerns regarding application performance, service delivery, or related issues.

Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets.

Analyze customer needs and industry data to recommend and position the best-fit application solutions.

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering, technician, support, and implementation teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless delivery.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Proven experience in solution sales or account management, particularly in application solutions, IT services, MSP.

Prefer to have experiences in public funding and Solution Marketing

Solid understanding of software/application-based sales cycles and implementation coordination.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
