Purpose & Role of the Position
- Identify potential/new business opportunity through business model (solution selling) for creating entry barrier.
- Achieving targeted conversion ratio through offering value added solutions to potential customers as per the defined sales budget.
- Lead the Conversion budget through sales/marketing initiatives directed at targeted customers with support of the Product Management and service team.
- Visit customers regularly to resolve any issue, explore future business prospects and support market development by recommending solution.
- Conduct detailed win-loss analysis.
- Provide Technical support to customers and arrange timely delivery with the help of respective BD Manager /SBU/Plant.
Educational Qualifications: University Degree in Engineering/Industrial/Metallurgy/Mineral/Mining Processing
Work Experience: Minimum 5 yrs
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Flair for Sales Function, Installation, Collection & Customer Satisfaction.
- To be hands on at site for measurement, application study & inspection.
