Position Overview:
Sales is responsible for selling our company services and maintaining a relationship with clients
and prospective clients. This role requires strong negotiating & execution skills, creativity
and a can-do attitude as it is one of the first touch points for prospects and is integral in
setting the tone for the sales cycle.
The Manager (and potential future team members) needs to possess a deep
understanding and experience with the entire sales process- excelling at lead conversion,
relationship building, and deal closing. The role requires someone with a successful track
record of closing, team management, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a
high level of productivity and deadline adherence.
What you will be doing:
Handle and (potentially be responsible for a team that handles) inbound calls
with proven experience converting inbound leads from a variety of different
channels, including (but not limited to): Mailers, Social Media, Organic, Acquired
Call Lead Lists, etc.
Represent the company's products and services with a deep and
comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during all client
interactions
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales
strategies and tactics as defined by Executive Management
Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure effective handling
Keep detailed and accurate records of each client interaction on their case file within the
Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Communicate effectively with clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships
Work closely with marketing, client services and other departments within the
organization
Maintain professional and ethical relationships while maintaining client confidentiality
Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide elite client service, as
well as identify improvements in procedures
Stay updated on relevant processes, laws and regulations related to consumer debt
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs and objectives
What you bring:
Minimum 5-7 years' experience working & managing sales teams required
Did we want to note Minimum of X years closing/finalizing deals required here?
Minimum of 1-2 years handing Inbound calls preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong customer service mindset with empathy and patience
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to use sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals
Ability to manage change and multitask in a fast-paced environment
