Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing in-home sales reps
- Drive sales strategy and execution focused on roofing and restoration
- Set goals, track KPIs, and hold your team accountable for performance
- Support reps in the field with canvassing, closes, and strategy
- Promote a culture of ambition, integrity, and ownership
- Oversee branch-level performance including P&L
Who We're Looking For
Are you:
- A sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments?
- Motivated by growth, commissions, and creating team success stories?
- Comfortable leading from the front - in the field, on roofs, and in meetings?
️ Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years of door-to-door sales experience required
- At least 4 years of sales experience in the roofing industry required
- Proven track record: $2M+ in personal annual roofing sales required
- Experience managing a team of in-home sales reps required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing to travel locally and manage reps in the field
Compensation & Schedule
- Base + Commission Pay Structure
- On-Target Earnings: $150,000-$250,000+
