Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts,

develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of document management solutions,

and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in our target

industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base in education, legal, government, and medical sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, ensuring long-term client relationships.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and performance oversight.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns and industry outreach.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of document management trends, digital conversion, and compliance requirements in target industries.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring win-win agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and reporting metrics, optimizing strategies for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in document management, digital transformation, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience selling to education, legal, government, and medical sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven sales strategies.
