Vu Promo is looking for a fearless, results-oriented sales manager skilled in the 360-process of promotional sales: presenting, negotiating, and closing. Reporting directly into the Executive Team, we are looking for an individual with experience recruiting and leading a sales team driving annual revenue above $500k - $1million. This individual must have an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle process, centered around customer/client satisfaction. In this role, you will be focused on targeting record-setting sales forecasts, market expansion, and new business development as a valued and contributing member of the fast-paced, hyper growth organization that is Vu Promo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading an entire sales department.
- Territory and multi-sales channel management.
- New account development.
- Strategic sales efforts focused on existing and potential volume of customers.
- Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Executive communication: maintaining a consistent communication flow with the executive team by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Market research: monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Relationship building.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies.

- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must be willing to traveling to meet customers and work trade shows outside of Florida.
- Participate in trade shows. Set Up and breakdown trade show booths (average of 2 shows per month).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of well-rounded, industry sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant telecommunication systems.
- Knowledge in NetSuite ERP system is a plus.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication is a must; fluent in Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
