Sales Manager

Manage a team of Sales Staff, that will train and develop leads into sales. It is the life blood of our Sales organization. Responsibilities: Desking Sales Deals Training and Developing Sales Staff Work with the Finance Dept for compliance Manage New and Used Car Inventory Work with customers' needs Qualifications: Ability to maintain gross but build volume at the same time Ability to mentor, train, and motivate sales staff Most important is that this person is coachable and able to follow and execute a plan Experience,Prior Sales Management Prior Sales Management Experience - Domestic preferred
