We are currently seeking a Sales Manager at Polo Towers.

As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Assist sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions.
- Manage sales line to maximize operating budget targets.
- Be responsible for maintaining the company's minimum performance standards.
- Attend and conduct site meetings as directed.
- Conduct sales presentations as prospect flow dictates.
- Conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards.
- Presents prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests.
- Make the decision when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest.
- Perform specific managerial duties as assigned.
Expectations:
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and with the knowledge and presence of the Director of Sales
- Hold at least one (1) weekly training session either in concert with other teams or on their own with curriculum approved by the Director of Sales. Such training sessions will be at least 30 minutes long and will cover pertinent topics.
- Will be evaluated on the performance of his or her team and must ensure that the team maintains minimum standards for VPG, sampler sales, referral collection, Medallia scores, and other metrics as outlined herein.
- Responsible for ensuring that each team member is trained, mentored, and coached to be both a productive team member and a good representative of the company.
