The Restoration & Construction Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while managing and expanding an established client network within the water, fire, mold restoration, and reconstruction sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage an Established Network: Utilize an existing portfolio of strong industry relationships to generate new business, expand market share, and cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach, capitalizing on existing connections while continuously growing a high-value client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, third-party administrators, facility managers, commercial real estate developers, and general contractors to secure ongoing projects and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations & Business Development: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the company's expertise, rapid response capabilities, and commitment to high-quality restoration services, effectively positioning as the preferred partner in water, fire, and mold damage restoration.
- Damage Assessment: Conduct site visits to evaluate restoration needs, determine project scope, and provide expert guidance on solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare detailed service proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close high-value agreements that align with client needs and the company's strategic growth objectives.
- Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the restoration and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution, delivering results that meet or exceed client expectations in timeliness, budget, and quality.
- Market Research & Competitive Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends, insurance regulations, and competitor activity, identifying new growth opportunities in high-demand sectors such as hospitality, multifamily properties, healthcare facilities, retail, industrial properties, municipalities, schools, and government contracts.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress, utilizing the company's CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Customer Service & Retention: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle, fostering loyalty, repeat business, and strong referral partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claims, and regulatory standardsrelated to water, fire, and mold damage.
- Exceptional Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify client needs, deliver persuasive presentations, and close high-value deals with key stakeholders.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management toolsfor efficient sales tracking and client management.
