Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for energy solutions? We are seeking an experienced Sales or business development manager with experience on turbomachinery to lead an expanding LATAM division, driving business development and client relationships in a high-impact industry. This position is based in Houston, Texas, and offers the unique opportunity to shape regional strategy for a global energy powerhouse.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies for the LATAM region, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Manage and grow key client relationships across sectors such as oil & gas, power generation, and industrial energy.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead regional business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and project management teams to ensure tailored customer solutions.
  • Monitor regional market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the turbomachinery sector as either a technical or commercial professional
  • Strong experience in Latin American markets, with cultural fluency and regional business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish and / or Portuguese would be a plus).
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the LATAM region.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
