What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, train, and develop our sales team. This is a leadership role focused on improving team productivity and closing performance.
Responsibilities:
Train, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives
Monitor sales team performance and improve close rates
Build and refine sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks
Run weekly sales training and role-play sessions
Work closely with leadership to align strategy with goals
Analyze sales metrics and pipeline velocity to identify opportunities
Lead your own sales as proof of concept
Qualifications:
3+ years in a sales leadership or training role
Proven track record of improving sales team performance
Strong understanding of B2B sales strategy
Signage/Construction industry experience
Confident in script development and live coaching
Performance Metrics:
Team close rate
Pipeline conversion and velocity
Rep productivity and retention
Compensation:
