About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven District Manager (Leadership Role) to join our Houston Team. The ideal candidate is a high-performing team leader with a proven track record in restaurant POS SaaS field sales. You excel in prospecting and closing deals, managing your field sales team effectively, and consistently exceeding performance metrics. If you are passionate about field sales and making a tangible impact, we want you on our team.
This is a District Sales Management opportunity. You must live local to the Houston metro area. No in-office attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, inspire, and lead a high-performing field sales team to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
- Provide coaching and guidance to your team on conducting effective discovery sessions in the field, delivering compelling in-person demos, and tailoring solutions to align with prospective customers' needs.
- Travel locally within the district and lead your team by example through doing walk-ins, prospecting and closing deals in the field to drive quota attainment.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between sales promises and delivery outcomes.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools strategically to enhance productivity, track forecasted deal pipelines, and evaluate conversion rates.
- Take ownership of driving new business growth within your designated district.
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role with 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated history of achieving consistent success.
- Highly passionate with the ability to energize and inspire others.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, innovative, and adaptable, thriving in high-pressure environment.
We're also lookinng for:
- Extensive management experience in building and leading customer-focused, quota-driven, full-cycle field sales teams.
- Background in selling restaurant Point of Sale software or Merchant Services.
- Skilled in navigating fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a high-performing, winning culture that consistently delivers exceptional results.
