About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to play a vital role in driving and expanding Cool Jewels' business throughout the US. As Sales Manager, you'll grow revenue and develop new business with national accounts. The candidate we seek will have a proven track record in direct-to-retail sales and excel at building strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. This role reports to the CEO and is ideally based near their HQ in Hallandale, FL. They will be open to a remote set-up for the right person. Up to 50% of travel is to be expected, mainly domestic. Your responsibilities include:
- Drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and capturing sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing national accounts
- Track and record all customer and prospect interactions in the company's CRM system
- Sales and marketing planning, pricing, and forecasting for North America
- Maintain and enhance relationships with major customers and industry associations by representing Cool Jewels at key trade shows and conferences
- Prepare and deliver monthly business review reports to the CEO
What We Expect From You
Education, Experience, Skills, & Traits
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Min. 3 years of proven sales and key account management experience
- Experience in the fashion consumer products, such as apparel, accessories, or similar products
- Solid experience in direct-to-retail sales
- Experience with scale-ups in an international organization is a big plus
- Comfortable with technology & proficient in MS Office 365 Suite and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
