Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed goals and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC wholesale market.
  • Maintain and grow existing B2B customer relationships through excellent service and consultative selling.
  • Analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including purchasing, operations, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events and represent AC Supply Co with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, wholesale distribution, or a related industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HVAC products is a plus.
