Responsibilities
Set and exceed subscriber acquisition and revenue targets
Drive new business through door to door sales, channel partnerships, and targeted outreach campaigns
Recruit, train and manage sales representatives, collaboratively work with the sub-team to maximise opportunities with customers and partners
Design and deliver ongoing training programs covering solution selling, objection handling, and closing strategies
Establish dashboards to track team activity, conversion rates, and revenue by channel
Design incentive scheme to best motivate sales representatives
Build effective sales tools, materials, FAQs that enable sales, and partners to sell effectively.
Proactively maintain after-sale customer relationships
Manage relationships with local channel partners and agencies
Shape and refine go to market approach to drive business performance above expectation
Requirements
3-5 years sales experience in local service related industries
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
Able to be located in El Paso, TX
Experience of door-to-door sales, tele prospecting, local events and networking.
Proven track record hitting acquisition and growth targets
Experience of managing field sales team
Proficiency with CRM tools and data driven sales methodologies
Enthusiasm for new technology and the internet space
