We are one of the world's leading manufacturers of cutting tools for the graphic industry. All over the world, renowned manufacturers of labels, packaging and other die-cut products rely on the quality and outstanding service provided by Wink.


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with technical background for our Charlotte, NC office to serve and grow an established customer base in the Americas. The role will work closely with inside / outside sales and communicate frequently with our headquarter in Germany.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop regional and international customer relationships in close collaboration with the inside sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, and leads
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty
  • Serve as a key communication link between customers, inside sales, and headquarters to deliver excellent service
  • Conduct customer meetings, both virtual and on-site
  • Prepare quotations and follow up proactively to drive sales success
  • Handle customer claims and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot die and die-cutting unit issues on-site and coordinate with headquarters for timely solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, generate market insights, and share findings with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system
  • Contribute to regional and global marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
  • Conduct regular customer visits and attend on-site meetings, with travel required up to 70%

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, sales support, product management, or a similar role involving technical products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, abas) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Collaborative team player

Your Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a sales, sales support, data entry or equivalent role
  • Experience in the printing/ converting industry graphic industry
  • Experience selling technical products
