Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. This individual should be a proactive leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide ongoing training and development
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales objectives with business strategies
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed for client visits and team support
