gpac just partnered with a growing manufacturer for a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Oklahoma/Arkansas. This role focuses on building strong distributor relationships and providing technical guidance to civil engineers and contractors for stormwater projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the sales territory through consistent prospecting


  • Build long-term relationships with distributors, engineers, and contractors


  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations


  • Stay informed on upcoming and active projects in the region


  • Provide accurate quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities


  • Support engineering teams with submittals and design specs


  • Deliver product training and ensure proper installation practices


  • Attend occasional company sales and training meetings


Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales within the stormwater or civil infrastructure industry (5 years experience)


  • Practical knowledge of site and civil construction projects


  • Ability to maintain a 75% travel schedule throughout these states for the 1st year to get it developed. (Home most weekends).


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base commission ($85,000-$150,000 per year)
