gpac just partnered with a growing manufacturer for a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Oklahoma/Arkansas. This role focuses on building strong distributor relationships and providing technical guidance to civil engineers and contractors for stormwater projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow the sales territory through consistent prospecting
Build long-term relationships with distributors, engineers, and contractors
Lead sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
Stay informed on upcoming and active projects in the region
Provide accurate quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
Support engineering teams with submittals and design specs
Deliver product training and ensure proper installation practices
Attend occasional company sales and training meetings
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales within the stormwater or civil infrastructure industry (5 years experience)
Practical knowledge of site and civil construction projects
Ability to maintain a 75% travel schedule throughout these states for the 1st year to get it developed. (Home most weekends).
Compensation & Benefits:
Base commission ($85,000-$150,000 per year)
