Job Description:


  • Responsible for Lead Generation by individual efforts as well as Team Contributions
  • New business generation
  • Responsible for achieving the Revenue Target set overall for the Sales Team.
  • Meeting with SDRs to discuss tele sales strategies.
  • Managing Tele sales team of minimum 10 nos & meet the demo quota of 2 numbers per Telesales Representatives, per day
  • Track and document calls, Sale leads and monitor the overall performance of the Team.
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Implementing sales strategies.
  • Training junior telesales staff.
  • Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Initiate the Telephonic Conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sales.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
  • Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Measure identified KPIs
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Track and document calls and sales
  • Update client records
