Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts in the UPS and data center sectors. Your focus will be on providing tailored solutions that align with client specifications, managing channel partner relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships in the data center and power backup industries
  • Offer technical solutions across critical power products including UPS, PDU, STS, Busway, and switchgear
  • Drive channel sales by managing and expanding partnerships
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to meet client requirements
  • Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Conduct market research and contribute to product strategy and positioning
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support on technical and quality-related matters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred)
  • 3+ years of sales experience in Telecom, IT, or Consumer Electronics sectors
  • Experience in data center or power backup solutions is highly desirable
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Demonstrated success in both key account management and new business development
