RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Train and onboard new sales team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Support all sales department-related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of sales teams.
  • Ensure that all sales teams meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, and closes.
  • Lead Daily Sales Meetings
  • Ensure all staff are trained in accordance with the training programs provided.
  • Assist with setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals
  • Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices and promptly resolving customer concerns/questions
  • Identify any daily variances in key performance indicators and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of powersports or auto managerial experience
  • M endorsement on license required
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Experience with eLeads & LightSpeed a plus, not required
  • Must provide excellent customer service
  • Assist GM in managing multiple departments & brands under one roof
  • Conduct consistent training to staff of all levels
  • Fast-paced, consistent, cool-calm-&-collected work ethic
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Must have a strong knowledge of the powersports market and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data
