Job Duties/ Responsibilities- Tender loads to carriers based on customer service, capacity, pricing, production times, etc.
- Communicate carrier information to shipping and help facilitate loads
- Optimize loads to reduce costs and improve customer service
- Track loads from shipment to delivery
- Communicate with sales and customers to provide accurate and latest updates on their shipments
- Work through emergency situations as they arise and direct the situation to appropriate management
- Ability to work overtime as needed

Schedule Shift hours: 2 pm to 11 pm Monday-Friday
