Our client is a cutting-edge, rapidly growing company originally from Japan, who has launched operations in the United States and needs to grow out their sales and licensing team. With eyes set on global domination, they are looking for a dynamic Sales & Licensing Manager (not managing a team) to help bring their creative productions to new audiences worldwide.


Bonus points for influencer gaming networks and US gaming partnership.


In the early stages, this will be 4 days onsite, after ramp up flex for 2/3 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Global Sales: Develop and execute strategic tie-in promotions and foster relationships with new business partners to expand our global reach.
  • Lead Licensing Negotiations: Oversee the management and negotiation of licenses, ensuring our content reaches the widest possible audience.
  • Win New Business: Handle inbound corporate negotiations and project acquisitions, transforming inquiries into lucrative deals.
  • Oversee Project Success: Manage, report, and inspect the progress of sales projects, ensuring they exceed expectations and drive our global ambitions.

Qualifications:

Experience in licensing.

Experience in new business development.

Experience working in the entertainment industry.

Experience in sales and promotions.

Experience working in startup companies.


Required Skills:

Pay range and compensation package:

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
