Monday - Thursday 8:50am - 6:30pm, Friday 8:50am - 6pm
Our client based in the bustling Shoreditch area is looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Administrator to join their busy motivated team. Are you meticulous and enthusiastic with a great work ethic going above and beyond in all aspects of your role? This position would highly suit a candidate with experience within the industry who thrives to impress and work hard with any task that is assigned to them.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare tenancy agreements.
- Complete referencing process.
- Effectively manage the office diary system.
- Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
- Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
- Update website of property details.
The right person:
- Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
- Must be punctual and very well organised.
- Excellent telephone manner.
