This immersive eight-week program offers hands-on experience within an Automotive Branch, designed for candidates eager to enhance their business acumen in a practical environment.
The program is structured to provide participants the opportunity to dive deep into various essential areas such as sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning to effectively support branch operations. You'll also have the chance to network across departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development.
This training equips you with valuable skills essential for a thriving career in management and professional sales. Successful completion of the program leads to a position as an Assistant Branch Manager.
Relocation may be necessary during the training period and upon moving into your role as Assistant Branch Manager. If placement is not immediate following the training, extended training opportunities at other branches within the region may be available based on business requirements.

Our Leadership Development Program supports Assistant Branch Managers in key operational functions such as:
- Developing a market plan aligned with branch objectives and financial goals.
- Implementing business strategies for increased sales and profitability.
- Building product knowledge to make effective customer recommendations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring accuracy in customer orders and transactions.
- Managing branch inventory effectively.
- Upholding compliance with company policies, safety practices, and security measures.
- Supporting employee training and performance management.
- Addressing and resolving customer and employee inquiries.
- Assisting in workforce planning and scheduling.
- Analyzing management and financial reports, particularly Profit & Loss data.
- Helping with deliveries as needed.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree required by the start date of the program.
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: - Readiness to relocate upon completion of the program.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields.
- At least one (1) year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Previous experience in teamwork settings, including employment or extracurricular activities.
- At least one (1) year of leadership experience supervising teams.
