Main Job Responsibilities of the Sales Representative - Leadership Development:
- Engage directly with prospective customers through various outreach channels, promoting AT&T Residential services and aligning them with their specific needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the AT&T Residential sales process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a seamless transition to their chosen service package.
- Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries, sales-related challenges, and service questions, providing clear, concise, and helpful guidance to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Accurately and compliantly maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in accordance with organizational protocols and sales performance standards.
- Provide personalized guidance to customers, assisting them in navigating their service options and achieving optimal satisfaction within the AT&T Residential campaign.

Minimum Qualifications for the Sales Representative - Leadership Development:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework or an Associate's degree is preferred.
- A proven track record of success in a sales role, with a focus on achieving or exceeding sales quotas for AT&T Residential or similar services.
