Summary

Our Sales Leads with Keys are critical to the success of our stores. As a Sales Lead with Keys, your role is to create the best possible customer experience. You stay current on all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage with customers and respond to their needs. You also communicate the UGG brand's sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments while sharing your passion for our products. As a Sales Lead with Keys, you work as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals.

Description

As an UGG Sales Lead with Keys, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all questions are answered before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining our return policy. You maintain a positive attitude, promote the store and brand image, and adhere to dress code standards. You are available to assist all customers, including those calling by phone.

Your responsibilities extend beyond sales: operating cash registers, handling money accurately, checking inventory daily, stocking products, and merchandising according to Visual Merchandising standards. You maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break areas, practice safety, and respond to theft appropriately. You promote a positive work environment by recognizing team members' performance and maintaining respect among colleagues.

Key Qualifications

  • Two years of retail store experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, a team player, and a self-starter
  • Strong team-building skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

  • Flexible schedule and hours to meet business needs
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license
