Sales Representative - Insurance & Financial Services
Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ (Base + Commission)
We're seeking a driven, competitive, and goal-oriented Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals, building lasting relationships, and helping clients protect what matters most. What You'll Do:
• Generate and convert leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
• Conduct personalized consultations to identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Present and sell a wide range of insurance products including auto, home, life, and health
• Follow up with prospects and clients consistently to nurture long-term relationships and close new business
• Track pipeline, hit sales goals, and maintain performance standards with a competitive edge
• Collaborate with a dynamic team, while owning your individual sales performance
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we'll guide you through the process)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• A relentless work ethic and results-driven mindset
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
