Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
- Qualify inbound leads and guide potential clients through the sales process
- Book consultations and discovery calls for our tax advisors
- Diligently track sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to optimize lead conversion
- Represent TRM CPA with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3-7+ years of closing experience in a high-ticket B2B service environment (e.g., agency retainers, coaching, consulting, finance, or tax services)
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive phone presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Energetic, coachable, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Jupiter, Florida
