Responsibilities: As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will partner closely with esteemed National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Store personnel. Your main objective will be to engage customers in discussions about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy conservation while promoting free in-home consultations for our professional sales team to follow up on.
Compensation: - Hourly pay range of $18 - $20, plus commission
- Average total earnings of $20-30/hr after commissions
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Location: - Multiple location options available.
Schedule: - Full-time opportunities offered
- SCHEDULE: Wednesday-Sunday, 10am-6pm
- Weekly in-office meetings are mandatory
Qualifications: - Ability to work independently in a retail setting
- Eagerness to engage and converse with customers
- Prior sales experience is beneficial, but a dynamic personality is valuable
- Strong competitive spirit to surpass sales goals
- Willingness to work on weekends and during peak retail hours, including some holidays
- Capability to stand or walk throughout shift duration
- Responsibility to uphold ARS brand representation and maintain a polished appearance
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application
